Send your gift with confidence direct to the recipient. Our packing slips don't include prices but you'll still recieve all of your order details by email.
Each item is delivered in luxury branded jewellery gift packaging, in turn wrapped in tissue paper for a gift opening experience. Choose extra gift options on the product page or in the shopping bag.
Our team hand packs each order with care and attention, then sends it in plain outer packaging to keep the surprise until opened.
Delivery of your gifts within the UK is free for all orders over £49. Our free delivery service takes 2-5 working days.
If you need your gift in less than 5 working days, we recommend selecting either Express Delivery (Tracked 24) or Fastest Delivery (Next Working Day).
Please note that Next Working Day delivery (order by 3pm Monday to Friday) is the only option with a set delivery date. All other delivery dates are estimated.
If your gift isn’t quite right, items can be exchanged or returned according to our returns policy.
During the Christmas period we also offer extended returns so your recipient has time to choose the perfect piece.
Our packing slips don't include prices so you can be rest assured it's gift-ready if you're sending direct. They'll receive all our details on the packing slip just in case they need to contact us about sizing or an exchange.
If you're sending gifts from Niche Jewellery direct to friends or loved ones, add a gift message to make the experience more personal. Gift messages are included on a free custom printed message card.

We also offer a free custom printed personalised message service on all orders - perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. This is handy if you are short on time or if you're sending the item direct to the recipient.
All our brands are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty. Most of our fashion jewellery brands offer a one or two year guarantee against manufacturing faults.
